This is a 1/12th replica of what I call the “hero” vaporator as seen in the first Star Wars. It appears in many classic images and an amazing cut scene that would have introduced Luke Skywalker much earlier in the film. This is the vaporator he is repairing with Treadwell (also seen here in 1/12th) when he witnesses the Star Destroyer overtaking the Princess’ Ship. I designed both the vaporator and Treadwell and printed them in resin. This is the tallest of the vaporators design-wise, and comes in at 20 inches tall in 1/12th.
